How to make
Heat
Get your wok hot, then add a splash of oil.

Sizzle
Stir-fry your chicken or tofu until cooked through, then add veg and sizzle for 3 minutes.

Stir
Stir in the sauce and cook for 1 more minute; finish with Blue Dragon noodles or serve over steamed rice.

Just Add
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Chicken breasts, diced, or 350g of tofu
- A red pepper, sliced
- A handful of spring onions, sliced
- Blue Dragon medium egg noodles
