Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Sizzle: Ensure the breaded chicken and rice are cooked or cooking. Heat your pan, add some oil and add the paste, gently frying for 1 minute.
Simmer: Pour in the coconut milk and bring to the boil, stirring until the paste dissolves and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve: Drizzle the sauce onto the cooked breaded chicken, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with cooked rice. Enjoy!
