- 2 Chicken breasts
-1 Carrot
- A handful of long-stem broccoli
Teriyaki chicken

Heat - Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice, tear the top corner of the rice pouch open slightly and place the pouch upright on the microwaveable plate. Microwave the rice for 2 minutes.
Sizzle - Heat your wok with the vegetable oil over medium to high heat, add your chicken and stir-fry until cooked, then add your vegetables and stir-fry.
Stir - Add in the teriyaki sauce and heat through. Open the rice pouch and pour onto plates. Spoon on your teriyaki stir fry and top with the sesame seeds. Enjoy!

2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2x Chicken breasts sliced into thin strips
1x Carrot
A handful of long-stem broccoli
For an authentic teriyaki chicken with just 5 ingredients...

1 Heat - Tear open the rice pouch slightly, place the pouch upright on a microwaveable plate, and microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
2 Sizzle - Fry your meat until cooked, then add in your vegetables and stir-fry.
3 Stir- Add in the teriyaki sauce and heat through. Open the rice pouch and pour onto plates. Spoon on your teriyaki stir fry and top with the sesame seeds.
