A light, fragrant curry native to Thailand. The secret to a great Thai curry is the freshness and balance of Thai ingredients that are ground into paste. At Blue Dragon, we grind our paste in Thailand to capture all the rich flavours, including galangal, lemongrass, garlic and shallots.

Preparation and Usage
Sizzle - Get your wok smoking
hot and add a splash of oil, fry your meat until sealed. Reduce heat to medium, add the paste and stir through coating the meat and gently fry for 1 minute
Stir - Pour in the coconut milk
and bring to boil, stirring until the paste dissolves. Don't worry if the coconut milk has separated or solidified, this is natural and will return to normal when heated and stirred.
Simmer - Add the dry
ingredients and vegetables then simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy!

Definitely UNNECESSARY
Lack of flavor, lack of color and oily. M&S own brand made it way better, although not the most ideal.

Delicious
This kit created a really tasty meal, I enjoyed that everything you need is in there so no need to worry about bare cupboards. It produced 2 great servings and was very flavourful.
