Preparation and Usage
hot and add a splash of oil, fry your meat until sealed. Reduce heat to medium, add the paste and stir through coating the meat and gently fry for 1 minute
Stir-Pour in the coconut milk and bring to boil, stirring until the paste dissolves. Don't worry if the coconut milk has separated or solidified, this is natural and will return to normal when heated and stirred.
Simmer - Add the dry ingredients
and vegetables then simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy!

Tasty and easy to make
Very easy & quick to make. Tastes lovely. I followed the optional ‘tip’ of adding water, as quite dry prior to doing this.

Easy To Make
It is really easy to cook a home made curry with this kit. The spices have already been measured out, so much more convenient than buying each ingredient separately. Very simple to make. It tastes great. I put in all the chillies so it was very hot.

Authentic!
What a fab product! Following the instructions this was a really easy and quick way to make an authentic Thai Red Curry. I used Chicken and added the suggested red pepper and corn. The traditional Thai flavours of coconut come through and although it says medium heat it was mild whilst eating and a lovely warm heat coming afterwards. Plenty of sauce which was soaked up lovely with the rice we served with it. Think this would be nice made with prawns too. Ideas on packaging on how to 'personalise' which are great. Authentic Thai Red Curry made with ease with lovely flavours. Totally recommend.
Great Kit
This kit makes a really lovely an authentic Thai red curry. It's great because I don't want to buy all the spices needed to make this curry - as I wouldn't use them for anything else. It's easy to follow and yummy! I added chicken and peppers and served with rice
