Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Steel Cut Pinhead Oats

Our gluten free steel cut oats (also known as Pinhead Oats) are made from kiln toasted, whole grain groats that have been cut into neat little pieces on a steeel burr mill. It makes a delightful full-bodied hot cereal that is sure to satisfy. Top with classic additions like butter,brown sugar, or maple syrup, or think "outside the bowl" and go with savoury toppings like peanut butter or sriracha hot suace.
Minimally processed, this is a chewy, whole grain oat that is coarse in texture and nutty in flavour. A slow food favourite.

Store in a cool, dry place

On the Hob: Bring 360 ml water to a boil. Add 80 g Gluten Free Pinhead Oats, reduce heat, and cook 10-20 minutes (depending on the consistency you desire). Stir occasionally. Cover and remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Makes 2 servings.
