On a warm day this soup can be enjoyed chilled.
Instructions
Heat for 3 mins, stir. Heat for further 2 mins (or 1 1/2 mins on 900W). Careful, pot will be hot.
Leave to stand in the microwave for 2 minutes before removing using a tea towel / oven gloves. Stir and enjoy straight from pot or pour into bowls.

Use by: see rim. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. Best enjoyed fresh, if freezing do so immediately and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and stir well before heating.

Cannellini beans in pea and spinach sauce
Struggled to eat this and Im still thinking about the horrible taste days later. Half the bowl was just cannellini beans, which are not even mentioned in the soup name! There was about a whole can of cannellini beans in my tub. I would say this tastes like cannellini beans in pea and spinach sauce and not like a soup at all. First time Ive ever written a food review and its because this soup was totally missold.

I didn’t like this at all. Oliver Twist’s gruel would have been better than this………
Filling and full of fibre.
Delicious and filling for a soup. I would happily consume one of these as one of my meals during the day. No need to add anything but easy to do so. No ultra-processed ingredients and ticks all the nutrition boxes as a a source of protein, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and fibre. Fast food that is good for you. I usually buy two of these every week.
