Simple and quality ingredients - Our desserts range features the Layered Mousses (Pear & Chocolate Mousse, Cherry and Chocolate Mousse), Patisserie (Crème Brulee, Crème Caramel, Cointreau Souffle, Baba au Rhum), Fruit Compote and Chantilly, as well as our more everyday treats such as our Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Mousse or Salted Caramel Crème.

Keep Refrigerated

Remove the lid, sprinkle the contents of the sachet evenly over the top, wait 1 minute and enjoy!
For a warm Crème Brûlée, sprinkle a teaspoon of your own brown sugar instead and place the dessert under a medium grill until caramelised. Remove from under the grill and leave out to cool before serving.

To serve Créme Brûlée, shake the caramel from the enclosed sachet evenly over the top of the dessert. Alternatively, for a traditional grilled topping, sprinkle your own brown sugar over the top before placing the pot under a preheated grill. Grill for a few minutes until bubbling. Allow to cool and enjoy!
