Our carbon footprint is reduced by more than 70% compared to overseas imports. Additionally, our proximity allows the fruit to ripen on the tree, resulting in an unmistakable texture and aroma, and the size of our Papayas makes them perfect for sharing. Bonnysa’s Papaya is smooth, sweet, aromatic, and truly tropical. Let it ripen for a couple of days at room temperature to achieve maximum sweetness. The colour will change from green to a light orange. Preparation and Usage
1. Slice the papaya in half lengthways to reveal the seeds (treat like a melon!)
2. Scoop out the seeds using a spoon.
3. Slice or cube the flesh into bite-sized pieces as desired.
4. To best enjoy the flavour of your papaya, serve chilled with a squeeze of fresh lime.
