We fold in a handful of organic herbs and finish it with a generous splash of organic red wine, letting time and care do the rest. The result is a rich, glossy gravy with the kind of depth that only real ingredients can give you. This is what proper gravy is supposed to taste like.

Suitable for Home Freezing; Keep Refrigerated

Hob - From Chilled. Pour into a pan. Bring to the boil until piping hot.; Microwave - From Chilled. Pour into a microwaveable bowl or mug. 5 mins at 900W, stir halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Leave for 1 minute before pouring.
