Our Proper Beef Gravy starts with our slow-simmered beef bone broth, made from organic, grass-fed beef bones. We fold in a handful of organic herbs and finish it with a generous splash of organic red wine, letting time and care do the rest. The result is a rich, glossy gravy with the kind of depth that only real ingredients can give you. This is what proper gravy is supposed to taste like.

Looks a little set or separated? That’s natural collagen and fat from our slow-cooked bone broth, with no emulsifiers or stabilisers. Whisking as it heats will bring it all back together. Give the pouch a good shake before pouring.

TO COOK:
For the best results, we recommend heating on the hob and using a whisk.

HOB: Pour into a pan and heat gently until piping hot, whisking (or stirring) constantly throughout.
MICROWAVE: Pour into a microwavable bowl or jug. Heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 900W, then stop and whisk or stir thoroughly. Heat for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds, then whisk or stir thoroughly again. Ensure the gravy is piping hot throughout and let it stand for 1 minute before pouring.

Suitable for Home Freezing; Keep Refrigerated

Hob - From Chilled. Pour into a pan. Bring to the boil until piping hot.; Microwave - From Chilled. Pour into a microwaveable bowl or mug. 5 mins at 900W, stir halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Leave for 1 minute before pouring.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated and enjoy by the use-by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase for up to 6 months.
Once opened keep refrigerated and use within one day.
