Vinification Details
After crushing and destemming, the must remains in maceration with the skins for 6-7 days at a thermo-controllated temparture of 25-26°C.

Making a Rosso d’Italia is all about hanging onto the attractive fruit character that the variety has naturally. And serving it? Well everyone knows that red wines should be served at room temperature, however on occasion, and especially on warm summer days, our Master of Wine is partial to chilling juicy reds like this down for 30minutes or so in the fridge. Faux pas? You decide.
