Preparation and Usage
Taken 2 to 3 times a day: morning, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Shake well before using. Refrigeration is not needed. 1 to 2 tsps Bragg Organic Vinegar in a glass of water and sweetening (optional) to taste. You can also use it as salad dressing, or make it into delicious refreshing drink.
