Regional information
All our grapes come from California - more precisely in the case of our Chardonnay, from the northern interior of California, where the climate is cooler due to the influence from the Sacramento delta. The vines are planted in deep, moist soils.

Vinification details
The wine is fermented for approximately 10 days at moderate temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by a partial malo-lactic fermentation, a process that gives the wine its buttery character while retaining good acidity. It is then aged for 5 months using French and American oak, to give it the signature Bread & Butter
