Brindisa Empeltre Black Olive Paté is prepared for us by Conservas Calanda. They are based in the province of Teruel, Aragon, a fertile region in Northern Spain.
Conservas Calanda specialise in the processing and preservation of some of the best products from the region such as peaches, apricots, walnuts and olives. To make our black olive paté, the skins and stones of the olives are removed and the flesh is then ground to a smooth paste.
Brindisa Empeltre Black Olive Paté can be used for all sorts of tapas. This pure, concentrated taste of black olive combines well with salad dressings and also tomato sauces.

great if you love olives
This olive pâté is delicious, its got a very rich olive flavour. It goes really well with feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes in pitta bread or a bagel.
