Not only good for you, these prepared lentils pair well with so many dishes, whether you're veggie or not. Easy-peasy to bulk out a salad or stew or as a great side. VERY YUM!
I'm happy to pay more for decent quality so no problem with this. There is no way I will ever cook lentils from fresh myself and these are the best alternative Ive ever had. I wash them first to get rid of as much salt content as possible, but they are not overly salty or anything I just want as little as possible.
Perfect texture and consistency, very tasty and ready to be thrown into a veggie curry or into a salad with a little goats cheese and beetroot. Yum! I have tried various other brands and preparation but nothing beats these.
