Product Information
Delicious marinated anchovy fillets packed in sunflower oil.
Conservas Nardín is a small family business based in a Basque fishing port near San Sebastian. They specialise in processing and preserving fish caught in the Cantabrian Sea - off Spain’s northern coast.
Nardín are anchovy specialists. Their boquerones are classically prepared with only sunflower oil, best quality wine vinegar and a touch of salt.
The anchovies are marinated in vinegar then filleted and packed in oil. These plump, tender fillets have a creamy texture and rich sweet flavour. You can really taste the quality of these premium fish from cold Atlantic waters.
Nardín Boquerones can be enjoyed straight from the tin or dressed - for example - with garlic and parsley.
