Preparation and Usage

Use cold in salads, heat through in their liquid or brown them quickly on the BBQ for stunning results.
Add to seafood rice dishes and paellas.
Brush with olive oil and grill over a very high heat until nicely charred. Serve with chilled Manzanilla sherry.
