Located on Spain's north coast, Conservas Ortiz have processed fish by traditional methods since 1891. All Ortiz ""Bonito del Norte"" albacore tuna is caught one by one with rod & line.
Ventresca, or belly, is the premium cut of tuna. Ortiz Bonito del Norte ventresca has a melting texture and an exquisite flavour. Truly delicious.
