Ortiz select the smaller, more tender yellow fin tuna. The prime tuna fillets are cooked then packed in olive oil. Yellowfin tuna is one of the sources of Omega-3s - and one of the most delicious.
The creamy, rich flavour of yellow fin tuna is great for salads, tapas and in Spanish empanadas (fish pastries).

Worth every penny
This brand of tuna stands out from the rest in every sense. I usually prefer tuna in brine but the oil compliments the fish on so many levels of taste and quality. Highly recommended.

Too salty
Weirdly tastes a lot more salty compared to other tuna with similar salt levels. Good Tina but can taste nothing but salt.
