Product Information
Located on Spain's north coast, Conservas Ortiz have processed fish by traditional methods since 1891. All their fish is line caught and sustainably fished.
Ortiz select the smaller, more tender yellow fin tuna. The prime tuna fillets are cooked then packed in olive oil. Yellowfin tuna is one of the sources of Omega-3s - and one of the most delicious.
The creamy, rich flavour of yellow fin tuna is great for salads, tapas and in Spanish empanadas (fish pastries).
