Traditional Spanish olive oil crisps, cooked by hand in The Basque Country, northern Spain. Great Taste Award winners made with all natural ingredients. First made in Sarriegui's shop in San Sebastian Old Town, where they are still sold today. Try a tapa of an olive oil crisp topped with a piece of bonito tuna or sardine.
