Product Information
Brixton Brewery Reliance Pale Ale Beer is a bright, citrus-forward pale ale beer inspired by the independent, handmade spirit of Brixton's Reliance Arcade Market. Brewed in South London, this easy-drinking craft beer combines Pale Malt, Dextrin and Caramalt with Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook and Centennial hops to deliver crisp citrus flavour, fresh hop aroma and a smooth, biscuity malt base.
At 4.2% ABV, Reliance Pale Ale is bright, easy and full of flavour without being overpowering, with a balanced bitterness (IBU 30) that keeps this pale ale beer sessionable and refreshing. Expect a clean finish with subtle biscuity malt character, making it ideal for social occasions, BBQs, weekend drinks and easy everyday drinking.
The curved can design takes its inspiration from the art deco façade on Brixton Road, the entrance to Brixton's covered markets, and from Reliance Arcade itself, a Grade II listed building constructed in 1924. Its Egyptian-inspired architecture was popular at the time following the discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb in 1922. The narrow arcade remains packed with independent traders to this day, from cobblers and tailors to vinyl record stalls and popcorn stands. Reliance Pale Ale counts on that same handmade, independent spirit, raising a glass to Brixton's craftspeople and the skill behind everything they make.
Suitable for vegans. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Serve this craft pale ale beer chilled for the best taste experience.
Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week
