To prepare your Taro Milk
1 Add 300ml cold milk to blender. Pour in the Taro sachet (foil sachet) and blend* [for best results]
2 Heat Tapioca as per instructions and add to a large glass
3 Pour the taro mix into the glass and add ice
4 Pop in your straw, gently stir & enjoy!
*Alternatively, if you don't have a blender, then add the Taro sachet to a glass. Add 100ml of hot water and stir completely. Add 200ml of cold milk and stir. Add the prepared tapioca into the glass and add ice

To prepare your Tiger Milk
1 Heat Tapioca as per instructions and add to a large glass.
2 Pour brown sugar syrup sachet evenly around the inside rim of the glass to create the tiger effect on the inside.
3 Add 300ml of cold milk or cold plant based alternative and stir. Add ice if desired.
4 Pop in your straw, gently stir & enjoy!
Brown sugar syrup may naturally crystallise.
Microwave for 5-10 seconds to soften if needed.

To prepare perfect Tapioca
Microwave strengths may vary.
Open sachet and empty into a microwaveable mug/cup.
Microwave for 40 seconds (750-800 watts).
Allow to cool. Take care as the tapioca will be hot.
If pearls are not soft then cook for another 10 seconds.
