Regional information
Located in the heart of Lombardy in northern Italy, the province of Pavia is known for its gently rolling hills and favourable climate for growing fresh, aromatic white wines. Benefiting from cooling influences from the nearby Alps and warm daytime sunshine, the area allows grapes to ripen slowly while retaining natural acidity. This balance helps produce light, crisp styles of Pinot Grigio with bright fruit flavours and an easy-drinking, refreshing character.

Vinification details
Fermentation takes place at controlled cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks, helping to retain bright fruit character and a crisp, clean profile. The wine is then rested briefly on its lees to enhance texture before being bottled young to capture its lively, refreshing style.
