Made by infusing bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit, its secret recipe originated in Novara, Italy in 1860.
It is the key ingredient in classic and contemporary cocktails such as the Negroni, or the Americano. For Gin lovers - why not enjoy a Milanese twist on the classic G&T with a Campari Gin and Tonic.
Fill your glass with cubed ice, add equal measures of Campari and gin. Top with premium tonic water and add a squeeze of fresh lime. Garnish with a slice of fresh lime.

Must-have for your drinks cabinet
I love this mixed with soda water and a slice as well as pairing this with a Martini Rosso and gin for negroni.
A Great Summer Drink
I tried this for the first time from Ocado, and it is absolutely gorgeous. Simple to make a lovely drink - just add soda water and ice, and a slice (my favourite is a slice of orange.)
Serve with lots of ice, tonic and a wedge of orange and pretend its not cold and miserable outside! Also delicious with becherovka and tonic. One of lifes essentials!
Negroni is served!
The classic ingredient for the iconic Italian cocktail - a must purchase for authenticity.
N E G R O N I
What a find. Delicious, mixed with a good gin to make the classic negroni and was blown away. Complex in flavour, beautiful balance of bitter sweet and a gorgeous colour to boot! It has blown Martinis out of the park on my mixology league table. Just buy it, mix yourself and ruby glass of Italian sunshine and unwind. Bellissimo!
Italy in a glass
Whether with tonic or orange one sip and I'm back in Italy.
