Storage


Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date, see front of pack. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month of freezing. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Preparation and Usage


PREPARATION I Remove all packaging. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked or wash between uses. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. COOKING PAN FRY (MEDIUM HEAT) Time: 4-5 mins Preheat a suitably sized pan for 3-4 mins, add 1 tsp of oil. Add burger to the pan and place a suitably sized piece of baking paper on top of the burger, then flatten ("smash") with a burger press or metal spatula, nice and thin. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip over for a further 2-3 minutes. Ensure the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
