PREPARATION Remove all packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes before cooking. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked or wash between uses. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.


COOKING PAN FRY (HIGH HEAT) Medium 3-4 mins / Well Done 5-6 mins Preheat a suitably sized pan with 1 tbsp of oil. Add fillet pieces to the pan, turning halfway through cooking. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Add the contents of the sachet to coat the beef pieces for the last 20-30 seconds until piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.

Time: 12-14 mins
Preheat grill. Wrap ends of kebab sticks in foil to prevent burning and place kebabs on a grill pan, turn occasionally. Ensure product is piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear.
Do not reheat once cooled.
For the cheese sauce, place sachet in a pan of simmering water for 2-3 minutes until piping hot.
Remove from water, shake well and drizzle over kebabs.
