Preparation and Usage

Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. All appliances vary, this is a guide only.
Preheat a suitably sized pan over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 tsp of oil. Add burger to the pan and place a suitably sized piece of baking paper on top of the burger, then flatten ("smash") with a burger press or metal spatula, nice and thin.
Cook for 2 minutes, then flip over for a further 2-3 minutes. Ensure the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat.
