All our deer only come from parks and farms we work with, we dont process any wild venison, which enables us to offer a delicately flavoured and highly consistent range of venison products.

Preparation and Usage



Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. This product contains raw meat and must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.


Pan Fry High/Medium Heat
Rare 4-6 mins / Medium 6-8 mins / Well Done 8-10 mins


Remove all packaging and allow to breathe for 10 mins. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in frying pan. Add steak and cook on a high heat to seal. Turn and seal other side. Reduce to medium heat and cook for remaining time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving

Remove all packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. All appliances vary, this is a guide only.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Rare 4-6 mins / Medium 6-8 mins / Well Done 8-10 mins
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in frying pan. Add steak and cook on a high heat to seal. Turn and seal the other side. Reduce to medium heat and cook for remaining time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Chef's Tip: During the final minute of cooking, add to the pan a few knobs of butter, a crushed garlic clove and a few thyme sprigs. Once butter has melted and foaming, baste the steak well.
