Preparation and Usage
Preheat oven to 200oC Electric, 180oC Fan, Gas Mark 5
Empty turkey and pack contents into foil tray provided
Loosely cover with foil and cook on middle shelf of oven for 1 hour
Remove foil, baste and cook for additional 20 minutes
Remove turkey from oven tray and rest under foil for 15 minutes before serving
Once cooked enjoy hot or cold
Do not reheat once cooled
All cooking appliances vary, these are guidelines only
