Preparation and Usage
You're only 15 mins from the ultimate fajita!
You'll need:
300g Chicken breast (sliced), 1 Onion (sliced), 1 Red pepper (sliced), 2 Tomatoes (diced).
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the sliced chicken for 5 minutes. Add the onions and peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
2. Stir in the sizzle paste and heat for a further 2 minutes.
3. Combine the salsa mix with the diced tomatoes and set aside.
4. Warm the tortillas: microwave for 20-30 seconds or dry fry for a few seconds on each side.
5. Load up your tortillas, top with salsa, and enjoy!
Make it extra special with coriander cheese, lettuce, or guacamole!
