Preparation: Soak in cold water for 10 hours. Change the water several times. The fish will re-hydrate and de-salt. Then the fish is ready to be cooked according to your recipe.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place, under warm conditions product life will be reduced. To maintain product quality in warm conditions, keep refrigerated. Soak in cold water for 10 hours, change the water several times - the fish will re-hydrate and de-salt. Once soaked, keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours.
