I made the most perfect pasta using a blend of this and 00 flour (1:1). I made tagliatelle and lasagne, and I was surprised when rolling the pasta so thin that it still managed to retain some of its strength. As someone that normally bakes with bread, I wasnt expecting this. Never again will I buy pasta sheets for my lasagne. Although I think buying the store ready tagliatelle is worth it if you dont have time, as cutting it can be time consuming (or just buy an attachment for your roller)
Essential for pizza making
Great product for dusting pizza prior to stretching, great to have availability at Ocado but don’t know why they have it at such a premium price compared to other retailers - about a pound more per bag!
Great for Pasta
Just started using this blended with the Caputo Red Cook flour for fresh pasta shapes. Perfect ravioli.

Love Caputo products. This is amazing for pizza dough and for other bread doughs, for rolling out and shaping and adds a perfect texture. Now if only Ocado would re-stock Rega San Marzano tomatoes..
