As the UK's number 1 hand wash brand, we want to care for your hands and the environment, which is why we've produced our refillable eco pouches made from 85% less plastic (based on plastic weight per g compared with 4 x 250ml Carex bottles), so you can re-use your existing Carex soap bottle and re-use your pump helping to reduce the amount of plastic used. Once you've finished your hand wash, simply refill your bottle or soap dispenser using our liquid soap refill eco packs. Available in 1000ml packs our antibacterial hand wash is suitable for all hands.
The eco liquid soap refill pouches are ideal for either refilling your own hand soap dispensers or standard Carex bottles.
Preparation and Usage
2. Pour refill carefully into your Carex bottle
3. Screw pump back onto Carex bottle. Fasten refill & store for next time
Directions: Uncap carefully and use to refill your pump pack. Ensure cap is replaced tightly and pack is stored out of reach of children.

Watered Down
Despite not liking the fact that it wasn't easily recycled it was still less plastic and good value. It's been on my shopping list for ages. However what was a thick rich lotion now spurts out. It's so much thinner that my other half asked if I had watered it down. I still like the lesser plastic packaging but as handwash the last few refills have been poor.
You cannot recycle this packaging
You used to be able to recycle Carex refills via Terracycle. Carex removed themselves from the programme (and haven't updated their website) so now these pouches have to go into landfill. Awful
Refill and waste less
I have been buying this product regularly, good to refill, economical and environmental friendly.
Good idea, good handsoap
We have been using Carex for years but I am aware that we throw a bottle away each time, and even if it goes into recycling, it is worse than the old bar of soap. The refill pack is a good alternative and better value, so well stick with this I think.
