The liquid hand soap features our Dermacare formula which actively enhances the skins natural pH, the natural moisturisers help leave skin feeling soft and smooth, and the gentle cleansers effectively remove dirt and germs. The eco pouch is the equivalent of 4x standard 250ml Carex hand wash bottles and uses 85% less plastic (based on plastic weight per g compared with 4 x 250ml Carex bottles) so you can reuse your existing Carex bottle and pump, helping to reduce plastic consumption. Did you know that you can get 10,000 pumps from your Carex pump? That means it will keep going for around a year. Refill your hand wash bottle and recycle the refill pouch with Terracycle.
The eco liquid soap refill pouches are ideal for either refilling your own hand soap dispensers or standard Carex bottles.

2. Pour refill carefully into your Carex bottle
3. Screw pump back onto Carex bottle. Fasten refill & store for next time
Directions: Uncap carefully and use to refill your pump pack. Ensure cap is replaced tightly and pack is stored out of reach of children.

What a swizz
I bought a 1 litre refill but it only filled one 500ml bottle. What happened to the other half?

I use this to refill my hand soap dispensers, nice smell and not to harsh on hands
Cannot recycle
You used to be able to recycle Carex refills via Terracycle. Carex removed themselves from the programme (and haven't updated their website) so now these pouches have to go into landfill. Awful
Can’t recycle
I assumed the item was easily recyclable but my local borough council informed me that they would not take it in their recycle bins collection and that I would have to drive a few miles to take it to a terracycle specific recycling location…mileage which more than cancels out the eco friendliness I had hoped for this product. So I would say, if you have a terracycle disposal centre very near to you then this is a great product. Sadly for me, my green efforts have backfired and this is going to end up in landfill. I’m thinking I might be greener buying the individual bottles after all. Can’t do right for doing wrong! It might boast 85% less plastic but that mean nothing if it has to go to landfill. At least the bottles can be recycled.
Nice gentle handwash
Never irritates my skin, feels very nice to use and has a nice neutral smell.
