Casa Modena Classic Diced Pancetta

Our diced Pancetta is produced from the pig's belly which is slightly seasoned in order to achieve the correct texture. The product is then smoked naturally with beech wood which give the pancetta the typical flavour.


Diced pancetta is the perfect ingredient for your carbonara or amatriciana dish!
