Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places.
Heat on full power for 3 minutes (750W/850W) or 2 1/2 minutes (1000W). Stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 3 minutes (750W) or 2 1/2 minutes (850W) or 2 minutes (1000W).; Microwave - From Frozen. 750W/850W/1000W

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, Gas 5, Fan 170°C
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove film lid. Return to the oven and cook for a further 20 minutes.
