Great vegan cheese

I used to love really strong mature cheddar and became dairy intolerant. I have tried every single vegan cheese and they nearly all taste sweet, of coconut or fake smoke - this one is the closest thing to cheddar I have tried. Do not expect this to taste like real cheddar but its a very good alternative. It sort of melts but none of them do. I really would highly recommend this

Unpleasant

I disliked this and threw away the rest of the block after trying. The Violife is a much better taste but still not the same as real Cheddar.

Not for me

It melts after a fashion. Very crumbly. No discernable taste. Bought it because it was on offer and some people had been raving about it. If you really feel your life is missing cheese then it's not unpleasant and it might scratch that itch for you, but I won't bother again.

Very strong, strange smell and taste. Couldn’t compare it to anything I’ve eaten before, not to my taste at all.

This is the best vegan cheddar ever n the market! Even my cheese loving partner likes this. Only downside is that its very crumbly so I wouldnt recommend grating it

best vegan cheddar

Actually taste like cheddar and really good texture. Ive tried so many vegan cheddars and decided they werent for me until this. Not slimy or coconut-y
