Cooking Instructions - General. Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these heating instructions as a guide only.
Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 6 mins/ 850W 5 1/2 mins/1000W 5 mins
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Heat on full power for 3 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute.
Heat on Full Power for a further 3 minutes (750W) or 2 1/2 minutes (850W) or 2 minutes (1000W). Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Not suitable for microwave cooking from frozen.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Gas 5, Fan 170°C
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, Gas 5, Fan 170°
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 25 minutes. Remove film lid. Return to the oven and cook for a further 25 minutes.
