Great product and good the environment
You wouldn't behave how bad regular cat litter is for the environment. This stuff is great and can use it in good conscience. It clumps well and is biodegradable too.
The best clumping litter
This is the only clumping litter weve found that actually stays as clumps when youre scooping, rather breaking into wet sand. Smells fine and stops odours. Doesnt track onto the floors. Only downside is the price and that its dusty when youre scooping.
Okay but...
I far prefer the usual white chalk Catsan. This is just like sand and is more easily used up. At this price, it's a bit of a joke really. Shame because we need a lot more Eco products
Im sorry? how much has this gone up by?!
This was £22 now £29! Daylight robbery Ocado.
How much?
I don't have a problem with the litter, but what I do have a problem with is the price! From £22 to £29.75! 2 for £39.79 at PetShop.
The price! Very dusty. And it DOES form concrete.
What on earth has happened to the price? Last bought at £22. An increase of nearly £8 now?! I've stuck with this because a lockdown rescue was used to it and we didn't want to upset him with change. Other reviewers are correct, though, prising the hardened wee off the bottom of the tray involves a few hours of soaking. I've tried everything; fabric softener, dish-wash tabs etc. and it's always followed up with 20-30 mins of chipping it away. With a trowel. It's a nightmare. The whole downstairs loo is, also, constantly covered in the finest dust. (Their / our lungs..?) I'm done with this now, especially with this outrageous price-hike. (It's still available at PAHome for £22) but we'll wean him off it as of now. Had enough. 26 years of cat-litter duty and veterinary practice work and it's never been so hard to sanitize a litter tray. Or so expensive.
