Product Information

Cazcabel Blanco is where the range begins. 100% Blue Weber agave, grown on our own family fields in the highlands of Jalisco and distilled at our brand exclusive distillery, NOM 1436. Unaged and unrested, it goes straight from still to bottle, so nothing gets between you and the agave.

Three ingredients - agave, water, yeast. Nothing added, nothing hidden. The result is fresh, smooth and perfectly balanced: earthy agave and bright citrus, with a crisp finish of black pepper and a light smokiness on the exit.

The ultimate base for a Margarita, a Paloma, Bloody María, or simply enjoy neat over ice, the way it is served at home in Mexico.

Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week

Brand details

Cazcabel is a true field-to-glass tequila, grown on our family estate and produced at our brand-exclusive distillery. Four generations of one agave-farming family, making terroir-led tequila from the fields of Los Altos de Jalisco to the bottle in your hand.

Everything happens in house. We grow our own Blue Weber agave, harvest it by hand at full maturity and distil it at our own brand-exclusive Hacienda under NOM 1436. Nothing is bought in, nothing is rushed, and nothing is added beyond agave, water and yeast.

The family motto says it best: we do not inherit the land from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children. That thinking shapes how the agave is grown, how the land is worked and how the tequila is made, with patience, and with respect for what comes next.

Alongside the core tequilas sits a range of tequila liqueurs, Coffee, Coconut and Honey, each built on the same Blanco, infused with natural ingredients.

Manufacturer marketing

It all starts with agave.

Our blue-weber agave is grown by our own people on our family estate, meaning we are in control of ensuring the highest quality agave is used in Cazcabel and that it is grown in a sustainable manner so the land we use is left in a better state for future generations.

We focus on growing bigger, higher yield agave, which is better for Tequila production and also means we use less terrain. After the agave is harvested we leave the land to rest for 2 years to recover before re-planting.

Our agave is taken to our brand exclusive distillery located in San Francisco de Asis, Jalisco, almost 2,000 metres above sea-level, perfectly located for the natural water springs with the right minerality to produce great tequila.

The agave pinas are cooked for 26 hours, to produce a softer flavour profile, then crushed by roller mill to extract the maximum juice from each agave, before being fermented, double distilled and then rested in stainless steel for 3 months. This process is all overseen by our Master Distiller Yadira Hernandez Lozano, ensuring quality control every step of the way.
