Vinification Details
From the vineyards, we select according to the soil and the climate Merlot and Grenache plots able to produce coloured, round and generous wines. Merlot grapes are the first to reach full maturity. Some plots are vinified traditionally in concrete or stainless steel tank with pumping over and long maceration to extract fruit aromas. Grenache grapes take longer to mature, there are harvested and vinified separately using the same methods. The blend of the tanks came after malolactic fermentation.

Easy drinking

Found this a very easy to drink wine. I only drink red when eating a meal but found this very enjoyable. Will keep buying.

not as impressed as others

Maybe I'm expecting too much from a cheapish wine or palate is spoiled by New World wines but I found this lacking in depth and flavour, tasted like a lower alcohol wine

my new house wine

I got this on special discount so wasn't sure what to expect. It's very smooth and easy to drink, dry with good length of flavour. It's not 'dinner party ' wine, but I'd share it with friends without hesitation.

Bought this after reading the good reviews here. Finding a pleasant/drinkable Merlot for not a lot of money isn't too difficult. However, the choice in Grenache, whether blended or not, makes finding a good one much more difficult. For me this certainly isn't one of them.
