Gone downhill!

Used to be very good: crisp, dry, fizz... stocked up for a party and was very disappointed. Dont know if there was a dodgy batch? One bottle didnt even properly pop! Was embarrassed to have served it! Not good...

Okay for a value option

This doesnt stand up to the better champagne brands but is perfectly drinkable for a value option. Not worthy of the full price in my opinion, but okay when on offer.

Excellent value champagne

This is no Pol Roger, but for the offer price of £15 it represents exceptional value and a great alternative to cheap sweet Prosecco when you need a low cost option. Had one bottle, ended up buying 6 it was so good!

Not recommended

I'm not sure if I was just unlucky but even on special offer, this was very poor quality. The bubbles disappeared very quickly & it tasted more like Lambrusco than Champagne. I don't know if it's significant but I really struggled to get the cork out of the bottle, eventually resorting to using a knife. It wasn't off just very bland & minimal bubbles. Won't be buying again.

Beautiful

Honestly, out of all the bubbly I bought this year, this was the best, unbelievably one of the best champagnes I have drunk and the cheapest. Georgous Champagne, however if it goes up I wont buy again, only bought this champagne because of the price.
