Product information

Despite a cool summer, the key ripening period during September and October was warm, dry and sunny giving fruit of good quality across the south-east of England. This blend has classic aromas of green apple, freshly cut grass, citrus and white peach supported by a creamy mouthfeel. On the palate there are flavours of elderflower and nectarine with a smooth texture and a fresh finish.

Very drinkable

Went by recommendations and they were spot on. Lovely aroma, green and crisp but not sharp and not 'tropical'. Nice acidity, but not too crispy or dry, lovely finish. Very refreshing. In the style of a chablis, but not as assertive, and certainly not matched on value.

excellent dry white

Absolutely lovely dry white with a great fruity nose. Just proves that English wine can be just as good (if not better) than those from the rest of the world. Will definitely be a regular purchase

Very basic

Not sure what I was expecting, but based upon the reviews something great. I had the 2015 vintage, perhaps that made the difference. On opening the wine was slightly bubbly as if it hadn't finished fermenting before it got into the bottle. Otherwise it's a bit sour without much of any subtle flavours.
