Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. This recipe is made with some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving, so please follow these cooking instructions carefully.
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/ gas mark 7. (Be careful not to grill by mistake!)
2. Remove the film but leave korma and rice in their wooden trays*.
3. Unfold the foil we've provided and tightly wrap over the top of the rice.
4. Place both trays on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. If using a gas oven, cook for an extra 5 minutes.
5. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Make sure it's piping hot throughout.
*Our wooden trays are designed for the oven.
Just make sure they aren't placed close to any element or flame.

A hit with the whole family. The whole range is amazing and I have no issues paying for this sort of quality. We all love the korma more than the one from the takeaway!

3 Portions of rice and 1 portion of curry.
Which would be acceptable if this was cheap, but it isn't.

must be the best ready made korma you can buy
Packaged in beautiful wooden trays, looks expensive. Easy to cook in the oven for 30 min, even a man cad do it :) it has very mild taste, which I prefer. Theres decent amount of chicken and sauce. I have been buying Charlie bighams products for a long time and never disappointed.

Nice but expensive
Really like this curry and convenient weekday meal when busy. Its enough for two if we add a side. Pricey but better quality ready meal than others out there.
