Best cooked from chilled.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Elec 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 30 Mins
1 Pre-Heat oven, remove film & place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame). Cook for 30 mins.
2 After cooking, make sure it's piping hot. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Not suitable for microwave or air fryer.
Please do not grill.
