Not Suitable for Home Freezing; Cannot be Microwaved

Oven cook - From Chilled. Elec 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 6, 30 Mins (add 5 mins)
I Pre-heat oven & remove the film from both trays. Unfold the foil located beneath the rice tray & tightly wrap it over the top.
2 Place both wooden trays on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame). Cook for 30 mins.
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins, then stir before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.
Not suitable for freezing.
Not suitable for microwave or air fryer.
Please do not grill.
