Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the curry and rice in their wooden trays. Unfold the foil and tightly wrap over the top of the rice.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 25 mins.
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.
Make sure it's piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.

didnt work for me
Sorry Chuck, I find it just real sweet. Unlike others, portion size was fine for me myself and I, and there was plenty of chicken. I just didnt like it. Brought 2 on a flash sale will give the other one away.
very nice food but...
ocado often deliver these charlie bighams meals upside down, so the sauce is all over the wooden tray, it then burns when you cook it. it's just ridiculous that they cannot manage to deliver these facing the right way up!!! they're not cheap either so don't want to receive them looking like something the dog regurgitated! for gods sake ocado can someone take responsibility for ensuring these are delivered in a presentable way!!

But recently the sauce appears to have been watered down and is thin and tastes wishy washy instead of thick and creamy like it used to be. Also the chicken has no structure and tastes rubbery. Given that it is extremely expensive it seems a bit unnecessary to cut the quality of the ingredients as well. Wont be having it again.
Nice curry
First time for this curry. It's pleasant enough but barely sufficient for two. It was quite expensive.
Loved Every Mouthful
Not usually a ready meal fan but this was delicious. Well worth the money. Made an Asian slaw to accompany it. Definitely will order again.
Inedible too sweet.
Charlie Bighams red thai curry is nice, so thought I'd try their green thai curry, big mistake, it's way too sweet and just overall strange. I couldn't eat it. How could they get it so wrong.
