Charlie Bigham's Paella for 2

Turn off the phone, dim the lights and crack open a bottle. Steal back some time by letting Charlie prepare you a truly delicious meal. All you have to do is relax and enjoy each other's company.

Chicken, king prawns and Spanish chorizo on a bed of our paella rice, cooked in lobster stock then topped with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes. Perfect!

Delicious with aioli or a mixed salad

Oven cook - From Chilled. Elec 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 (add 5 mins)
1 Pre-heat oven & remove film. Unfold the foil located beneath the tray & tightly wrap over the top of the wooden tray.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame). Cook for 20 mins. Remove the tray, stir thoroughly, and return to the oven without foil to cook for a further 15 mins (+ 5 mins for gas).
3 After cooking, make sure it's piping hot
Stir before serving.
Not suitable for freezing. Not suitable for microwave or air fryer. Please do not grill. Must be cooked prior to consuming.
